Omelette Bun Recipe

Looking for a tasty snack to enjoy with your coffee? Don’t forget the omelette bun! It’s super easy to make with just a few ingredients. Here’s how to do it.

Ingredients:

2 buns

2 eggs

Cabbage or kessan (optional)

Salt (to taste)

½ tsp chili powder

1 garlic clove, finely chopped

A few beans or other small-cut veggies (optional)

1 tbsp oil

How to Make It:

  1. Crack the eggs into a bowl, add salt, chili powder, garlic, and veggies, then mix well.
  2. Heat some oil in a pan and pour in the egg mixture to make an omelette.
  3. If the omelette is too big, cut it to fit inside the buns.
  4. Lightly toast the buns on low heat until warm and slightly crispy.
  5. Place the omelette between the buns to make a sandwich.
  6. Add ketchup, mayonnaise, or butter if you like.

Extra Tips:

Want it spicier? Add some chopped green chilies!

Try it with mayonnaise or cheese for extra flavor.

No buns? Use regular bread instead.
