How do school children manage their time?

If school students can manage their time well, they can easily balance studying, entertainment, sports, and other activities.

One of the most important things is to set priorities properly. Time is the most valuable resource we have. For example, if you spend hours on TikTok when you should be studying, how stressful will it be when you have assignments or exams coming up? That’s why planning time wisely prevents wastage and leads to better results.

Taking breaks is essential! Instead of studying for long hours without a break, taking short breaks is good for the mind and helps with memory retention. Try methods like the Pomodoro technique (25 minutes of studying + 5 minutes of break).

Social media & games – These should also be used responsibly. You don’t have to completely avoid them, but don’t waste hours on them. Use them within a set limit.

Finally, getting enough sleep & staying active – A good night’s sleep gives you enough energy to conquer the day! Lack of proper sleep can cause extreme laziness and poor memory.

If you follow these good habits, managing time and achieving goals in studies and life will be much easier!
