Ingredients

Boiled green peas – 1/2 cup

Chopped coriander leaves – A little

How to Make It?

  2. In a bowl, mix all-purpose flour, salt, and oil.
  3. Gradually add water and knead into a smooth, soft, and lump-free dough.
  4. Cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.
  5. Making the Filling
  6. Mash the boiled potatoes lightly.
  7. Heat some oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.
  8. Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a few seconds.

  13. Divide the dough into 6-8 equal portions.
  14. Roll each portion into a thin circle, like a roti, and cut it in half.
  15. Take one half, fold it into a cone shape, and seal the edges using water.
  16. Fill it with the potato mixture and seal the opening tightly.
  17. Deep fry in medium-hot oil until golden brown and crispy.
