
Great news for Harry Potter fans! HBO has officially begun production on the brand-new Harry Potter TV series. The project is expected to span 10 years.
11-year-old Dominic McLaughlin has been cast as the new Harry. His first photo was released on Monday. Fans who saw his look and costume are now thrilled!

Rory Wilmot has been named as Neville Longbottom, Amos Kitson as Dudley Dursley, Louise Brealey as Madam Hooch, and Anton Lesser as Ollivander.
Actors like John Lithgow (Dumbledore), Nick Frost (Hagrid), Janet McTeer (McGonagall), and Paapa Essiedu (Snape) are also expected to join the cast.

The series is being filmed at Warner Bros Studios Leavesden, the same location used for the original eight movies.
According to HBO, the series will be the most faithful version of the books. It promises deeper exploration of subplots, character development, and detailed storytelling.
The first season is set to premiere in 2027. The world is now getting ready to return to Hogwarts once again!
