On May 30, Manchester United will be ready for a match in Hong Kong. The game is scheduled to kick off at 1:00 AM (British time) / 8:00 PM (local time).
The first game of the tour ended in defeat in Malaysia. This will be their second match.
Despite the loss, the team is expecting strong attention and support from fans. This is their first tour in Asia since 2013.
Head coach Ruben Amorim stated:
“Things may not always be perfect. But facing that is important. True fans never walk away.”
He also added:
“Like Benfica in the 90s — there were challenges, but the fans never gave up.”
The team now hopes to feel that same love and loyalty from fans in Hong Kong.
