Ingredients:
2 buns
2 eggs
Cabbage or kessan (optional)
Salt (to taste)
½ tsp chili powder
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
A few beans or other small-cut veggies (optional)
1 tbsp oil
How to Make It:
- Crack the eggs into a bowl, add salt, chili powder, garlic, and veggies, then mix well.
- Heat some oil in a pan and pour in the egg mixture to make an omelette.
- If the omelette is too big, cut it to fit inside the buns.
- Lightly toast the buns on low heat until warm and slightly crispy.
- Place the omelette between the buns to make a sandwich.
